Just a quick update: our employer has provided us the timelines they are using for shift call outs on Vocantas. They are as follows:
If the time of the call in is:
· 7+ hours away from shift start, the call out will remain open for 1 hour.
· 4.5-7 hours away from shift start, the call out will remain open for 30 minutes.
· Less than 4.5 hours from shift start, the call out will remain open for 15 minutes.
